Balancing the Scale that is Life
Often, it seems like we get into routines.
We wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time, etc.
But, we do different things each day and we think different things each day.
Some people love TV shows or sports or other forms of entertainment and look forward to those on a specific night of the week.
That’s great. But, you cannot do that every night. If you do, what happens? It becomes ingrained in you to expect and anticipate that sort of thing. Is that good? If you like watching shows or sports or being entertained in that way.
But for most people, I would be confident in saying that there are greater goals in life than becoming connected to a show. I know some people love it. Some people live for the sports events they attend and have the goal of being a superfan. That’s great if that’s your goal.
It’s all about success in the way that you define it and in the way that God has created you.
