Sometimes, like today, I have no idea what to write about.

Here are 8 places that I draw inspiration for writing:

  1. Conversations with others
  2. Books that I am reading
  3. Thoughts that I have
  4. Movies or videos I watch
  5. Things other people have written
  6. New things I learn
  7. Past things that I have written
  8. Actions that I partake in throughout the day

There are a few things that keep me centered when writing and thinking about writing. Authenticity, consistency, and continually surrounding myself with what I need to continue moving towards the goals I have set.

“You are what you write.” — Helvy Tiana Rosa

“A writer who waits for ideal conditions under which to work will die without putting a word on paper.” — E.B. White

“Read books that fill you. Listen to music that moves you. Keep company that uplifts you. Engage in positive self-talk. Be your best self.” — Alexandra Elle
