One of the things that really stood out, even early on in Russ’s new book It’s All in Your Head was, “wow this guy really has a lot of the same philosophies that I do.”

The first was that we need to believe in ourselves first, before anyone else will.

You need to act as though you have already accomplished what you set out to accomplish.

You don’t believe what you see, you see what you already believe. If you believe that you are the best, you are going to begin manifesting that within yourself and what you believe — especially if you back it up with work.

It all comes down to the work though and someone like Russ has always exemplified that.
