There was another Ben Horowitz book that I’d worked through previously — The Hard Thing About Hard Things. That was one of my favorite books at the time. A legendary investor and business leader, Ben’s insights were powerful and insightful throughout the book. This book was equally as good. For most of the books that I work through, I might have a few pages of notes and takeaways. Looking at this book now, I have nearly 15 pages of notes from all the takeaways and extensive notes. There were numerous actionable points of the book and sections that I wanted to review multiple times.
